Ladies 1's - Women's South League Div 2
Our Ladies’ first team currently competes in the South League Div 2 following promotion in the 2016/2017 season. The squad includes players with international and national league experience, as well as players from different countries around the world.

Coaching Staff
Head coach Rupert Shipperley joined the L1s coaching staff in 2016, helping the ladies earn promotion in his debut season.
Rupert brings international hockey experience from his current role on the Wales senior national squad, as well as his current club position competing in the premiere division of the England hockey national league. With Wales, he has competed in the FIH World League and is set to compete at the 2018 Commonwealth Games. He regularly includes guest coaching appearances from other international players from GB and Wales.

Assistant coach Jon Palmer also joined the coaching staff in the 2016 season. JP brings a wealth of elite hockey experience from his former England national league play and his current role on PHC Chiswick M1s squad.
Manager Prashila Puna has helped shape the L1 squad over the past 7 years when she started coaching the L1s in 2010, earning promotion to South League Div 3 in her first season. Over the next 6 seasons, the squad had multiple top 3 finishes in the league.
Pras calls on her extensive hockey experience from New Zealand, where she competed for Windsor Hockey club in the NZ Premier Division. She has a background in sports management and coaching, and gained experience working with high performance coaching while employed by Hockey NZ.
