PHC Coaching
PHC Chiswick is an ambitious, sociable and welcoming club, based in West London with 120 years history. We run 6 ladies, 5 men’s teams and a growing junior section. We are looking to recruit the following: i) Director of Coaching - This would be a hands on coaching role to oversee coaching throughout the club, setting and developing the coaching programme focused on coach development and creating a player pathway for junior hockey. ii) Ladies 1xi Coach or Player / Coach - Our ladies first team are currently in South Div 3A achieving consistent top 3 finishes. We are looking for a dedicated Coach (match day attendance is essential) or Player/Coach to progress to the next level. iii) Men’s 1xi Senior Player / Coach - Our men’s first team, currently in MBBO Region 1, are looking for a talented and driven Player/Coach to further develop the team, help recruit and facilitate a development pathway for talented juniors to progress up the club. iv) General Coaching - we are looking for coaches of all levels and encourage applications to discuss potential opportunities.  Back to Hockey sessions are fun, sociable and informal and aimed at people who either haven’t played hockey for a number of years or who are looking to play for the first time. Don’t worry if you’re nervous or don’t remember any rules our Back to Hockey coaches will gentle guide you through this series of fun and friendly sessions. We promise it’s nothing like the schools days of muddy pitches and standing around waiting for a touch of the ball! Back to Hockey sessions at Chiswick will run on Wednesday nights from 19:00 to 20:00. They start on the 8th June at our pitch in Acton: Boddington Gardens , Acton, W3 9AP.
