It's that time again. Pre-season training starts this Tuesday. As previously, we will ease in with some early circuit work and and some touch rugby. Your feedback from last year and progression of hockey has increased the need for improved fitness levels in our teams. Whilst fitness is very much your responsibility we will use the early sessions get into the swing and to set some individual and team standards and targets to monitor against. We start on the pitch on 20th August so use these sessions to be ready, lower injury risk and improve performance.
Training will start at 7.45pm on the grass at Linford, just behond the five aside football pitches. Come into the stadium, walk as if you were going to the astro but just keep walking when you get to the entrance to the 5-asides and we will be there 50m in front you. Call me if you can't see us.
