Man of the Match: Kat Powell for excellent play in defence Chiswick came out strong in the first half and quickly scored their first goal after Kate Jackson and Mel Ryan made a great run down the pitch, but Hampstead were able to equalise not long after. Despite being unable to capitalise on their short corners, before the half was over Chiswick had re-established the lead. Coming into the second half Chiswick were feeling confident, but were disheartened when Hampstead were awarded a highly contested penalty flick. The goal keeper made a valiant effort but unfortunately was unable to save the goal, and they equalised again. Chiswick’s heads went down and before the half was through Hampstead had scored again, and the ladies were unable to answer with a goal of their own. It was a disappointing loss for the girls
